How I got here
I’ve always been someone who loves to explore, try new things, and see where they can take me.
My journey started during college, when I was studying Mass Communication at Cairo University. At the same time, I was exploring completely different worlds from music and drumming, to graphic design, branding, digital marketing, content creation, and even working behind the scenes in advertising. I worked on different projects, built different skills, explored YouTube, and even started my own clothing brand.
For a while, I didn’t really know where all of these experiences were taking me. I just knew that I enjoyed learning, creating, and challenging myself.
Fitness gradually became another world I wanted to explore. I started experimenting with different forms of training from strength training and calisthenics to running, cycling, and hybrid fitness. I wasn’t trying to become an athlete or a coach. I was simply curious about what I could do with my body and how much I could improve.
Then people started asking me how I trained, how I combined different types of training, and if I could help them.
At first, I refused, Not because I didn’t want to help, but because I’ve always believed that if I’m going to do something, I want to do it properly. I want to understand it, learn it, and earn the knowledge behind it before I start teaching or applying it to other people.
So I went all in, I started studying everything I could personal training, corrective exercise, performance enhancement, sports nutrition, strength & conditioning, functional training, and HYROX. I became a certified HYROX Coach and continued developing my knowledge across different areas of training and performance.
Today, I’m a NASM Elite Trainer with certifications in personal training, corrective exercise, performance enhancement, and sports nutrition, alongside my experience in HYROX, calisthenics, running, cycling, functional training, and strength & conditioning.
But my story isn’t only about certifications or fitness,I didn’t grow up as a sports person or an athlete. For years, I was a smoker and didn’t always take the best care of my body or lifestyle. At some point, I decided I wanted to become better.
I started changing the way I trained, ate, lived, and thought. I made mistakes, started again, learned from them, and slowly built a lifestyle that I genuinely wanted to live.
That transformation changed the way I saw fitness.
I realized that becoming healthier isn’t about becoming a perfect athlete or following someone else’s lifestyle. It’s about finding what works for you, what you enjoy, and what makes you want to keep going. Looking back, I realize that all of my experiences had a purpose.
All of these experiences eventually led me to the one thing I love most helping people change their lives.
That's why I created Peak.
Peak is the result of everything I’ve learned, experienced, and continue to explore. It’s my approach to training and lifestyle combining science, hard work, and individuality to help people become stronger, healthier, more capable, and more confident in the way they live.
I believe training should not only change the way you look. It should improve the way you move, perform, feel, and live today and years from now.
Because reaching your peak isn’t about being perfect. It’s about becoming better than you were yesterday, building a life you’re proud to live, and finding what makes you want to keep going.
Live at Your Peak.
